ORIGIN
This orange Nespresso coffee capsule is an Arabica coffee blend from two of the biggest coffee origins - Brazil and Colombia. Nespresso Linizio Lungo’s balanced harmony is created by the hand-picked coffees that are carefully processed in unique ways - always with the end taste in mind. First the outer pulp is removed from the Red and Yellow Bourbon coffee from Brazil. Then the coffee seed is dried with the sugary fruit flesh on before it’s milled. It mellows the bean. Bourbon coffee beans are renowned for their delicate sweetness. A washed Arabica from Cundinamarca in Colombia adds sweet sugar cane notes.
ROASTING
The Brazilian coffee is lightly roasted - it keeps it smooth and with all the Bourbon variety’s malty cereal notes intact. The washed Colombian coffee beans gets a short roast to release all its finer aromatics. A fine grind adds a glimmer of intensity to this harmonious Lungo coffee.
AROMATIC PROFILE
The Linizio Lungo Arabica coffee blend is remarkably rounded and smooth. You can’t miss the warming notes of malty cereal that shine through this blend of South American sunshine. That’s early joy.
