INFINIMENT DOUBLE ESPRESSO makes an art form of black coffee. Grown with care, this Colombian Arabica hails from Tolima, a region we are discovering more of. Masterfully roasted to highlight sweet cereal, vibrant red fruit and woody notes, this season’s espresso is an ode to the art of those who play with taste.
Roasting Description
We divide this single origin coffee in two batches to use in a split roast. The first split has the majority of the green beans and is roasted to a light profile, while the second split is smaller, but roasted to a darker degree to bring out some intensity, making it a balanced roast overall.
