Caramello Apple Brûlée Cappuccino

 

INGREDIENTS

40 ml BC Flavoured Caramello
100 ml 1.5% milk
5 g caramel
2 g brown sugar
40 g apple slices

YOU WILL NEED:

Small Barista cup
Aeroccino
Kitchen torch

LET’S PREPARE IT:

Pour cold milk directly into the Aeroccino (up to the lowest level). Close the lid and press the start button.
Add caramel sauce to the bottom of the small Barista cup.
Prepare a 40 ml BC Flavoured Caramello capsule.
Using a spoon, add the hot milk foam on top of the coffee. Garnish with brown sugar and caramelize it on top using a kitchen torch.
Add freshly sliced apple on top of the foam.
