An Iconic Caffè Florian Recipe

 

What you need

 

Ingredients:

  • 40 ml Caffè Florian
  • 100 ml milk (1,5% m.m.)
  • 5 ml Monin chocolate syrup
  • 3 g hazelnut crumble

How to make:

 

  • Pour 100 ml of milk into an Aeroccino and press the button for hot frothing. If using Barista, select the "Cappuccino" recipe
  • Pour 5 ml of Monin dark chocolate syrup into the limited edition Origin Lungo cup
  • Extract 40 ml of Florian coffee into the cup
  • Pour the hot milk foam until it reaches the rim of the cup
  • Add some hazelnut crumble
