An Iconic Caffè Florian Recipe
What you need
Ingredients:
- 40 ml Caffè Florian
- 100 ml milk (1,5% m.m.)
- 5 ml Monin chocolate syrup
- 3 g hazelnut crumble

How to make:
- Pour 100 ml of milk into an Aeroccino and press the button for hot frothing. If using Barista, select the "Cappuccino" recipe
- Pour 5 ml of Monin dark chocolate syrup into the limited edition Origin Lungo cup
- Extract 40 ml of Florian coffee into the cup
- Pour the hot milk foam until it reaches the rim of the cup
- Add some hazelnut crumble
