Rich Chocolate Pear & Almond Viennois

 

RICH CHOCOLATE PEAR & ALMOND VIENNOIS

A unique coffee recipe that combines the intense taste of chocolate, the sweetness of pears, and the crunchiness of almonds. This is a perfect combination that delivers an unforgettable taste experience and is ideal both as a dessert and as a warming drink.

INGREDIENTS:

  • BC Flavoured Rich Chocolate capsule, 230 ml

  • 100 ml 1.5% milk

  • 15 g chocolate sauce

  • 5 g grated almonds

  • 25 g pear

YOU WILL NEED:

  • Vertuo Mug

  • Aeroccino

  • Wooden skewer

PREPARATION:

Pour cold milk directly into the Aeroccino (up to the minimum level). Close the lid and press the start button.
Brew 230 ml of BC Flavoured Rich Chocolate coffee into the mug.
Using a spoon, add a little hot milk foam on top of the coffee.
Skewer the pear pieces onto a wooden skewer and place it on the mug.
Add grated almonds and drizzle chocolate sauce on top.
