Vaniglia Pumpkin Affogatto

  

INGREDIENTS

  • 110 ml BC Flavoured Vaniglia

  • 100 ml milk (1.5%)

  • 100 g vanilla ice cream

  • 5 g pumpkin seeds

  • 5 g pumpkin seed oil

YOU WILL NEED:

  • Reveal Ice Glass

  • Aeroccino

  • Ice cream scoop

LET’S MAKE IT:

  1. Pour cold milk directly into the Aeroccino. Close the lid and press the button to start.

  2. Add one scoop of vanilla ice cream to the Reveal Ice glass.

  3. Brew 110 ml of BC Flavoured Vaniglia over the ice cream.

  4. Pour the cold foam directly over the coffee.

  5. Garnish with pumpkin seeds and pumpkin seed oil on top.
